About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITOM Project Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration with existing IT Service Management (ITSM) Responsibilities :
- Lead complete project delivery lifecycle for ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define project scope, objectives,
deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Track and report project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.Ensure smooth integration of ITOM capabilities with existing ITSM processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, platform owners, and external implementation partners.Act as a liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and regular communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.Support testing activities, change management processes, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained :3- 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow ITOM projects, including modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and how ITOM integrates with ServiceNow platforms.Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business users, and external partners.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions is desirable.Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and / or Project Management will be a plus.(ref : hirist.tech)
