ROLE SUMMARY
The Director - Sales & Marketing – will be responsible for leading and developing the Brickwork Group Companies' sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase market share, and ensure brand enhancement.
Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, building relationships with key clients and partners, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve the sales targets, developing new markets and implementing a strong digital media presence and branding; driving the PR initiatives of the group companies. The role involves close coordination and collaboration with business development teams, the leadership, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with strong executive communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. Candidate should be willing to travel Pan India to develop strategic partners and prospects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
(1) Sales Growth, Client Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to help achieve the sales targets and develop new markets for the Group companies.
Business Leaders' Meetings : Conduct meetings regularly with business leaders to review the business pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions to ensure that the team is consistently performing above standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration :
(2) Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Brand Enhancement :
Conduct in-depth market research, identify emerging trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to capitalize on new business opportunities.
Develop and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership events / conclaves to enhance brand value and market penetration.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and drive sales growth.

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree in marketing / business administration / communications, or a related field (mandatory).
A master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE :
15+ years in sales and marketing management,
Proven experience of 5+ years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of success in increasing market share and visibility of businesses.
