Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion across various online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals, including increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
- Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (PPC), SEO / SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Plan and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Create and manage engaging social media content, ads, and campaigns across various platforms to build and engage with our online community
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A / B testing to optimize performance
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling, SEO-friendly content that aligns with marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track return on investment (ROI) for each campaign
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies competitive
- Work with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Report on digital marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to the management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and platforms in the digital marketing space
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital marketing best practices and legal requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a successful track record of digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, including SEO / SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketingProficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platformsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneouslyStrong leadership and team collaboration skillsUp-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practicesCertifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plusSkills Required
