Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals such as brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Manage and oversee campaigns across PPC, SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Plan and implement SEO / SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Create and manage engaging social media content, ads, and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A / B testing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly, compelling content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently and track ROI for all campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign performance to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with marketing best practices and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a track record of successful campaigns.Strong knowledge of SEO / SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing strategies.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Leadership qualities and ability to collaborate with teams.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.Certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.Skills Required
