Job Description
- Onboard & acquire new affiliates while expanding the sales pipeline.
- Scale revenue from existing affiliates through relationship building & upselling.
- Own digital sales KPIs – revenue, margins, conversions.
- Negotiate payouts, close deals, and deliver on advertiser & affiliate sales goals.
- Lead & mentor a high-performing affiliate / digital sales team.
Requirements
Strong background in Affiliate Marketing / Digital Sales / Ad Sales.Experience with CPA, CPL, CPS models & campaign optimization.Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers / Tune, Redtrack.Sales-driven mindset with a proven revenue growth track record.Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills.Ability to lead, coach & drive a sales-oriented culture.Benefits
