About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams (including design, content, and performance marketing), and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of campaigns that meet client goals and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities :
Client & Project Management :
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
- Lead client meetings, performance review calls, and present campaign strategies, updates, and reports.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing projects across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure campaigns are completed on time, within scope, and deliver measurable results.
Team Coordination & Leadership :
Collaborate with internal teams including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Design, and Content to ensure project alignment.Lead the content team to plan and deliver engaging, SEO-friendly content aligned with brand and campaign goals.Assign, track, and review tasks across departments to ensure consistent quality and adherence to deadlines.Conduct regular internal meetings to ensure team alignment, progress tracking, and problem-solving.Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution and client communication.Strategic & Analytical Involvement :
Collaborate with senior strategists to build and refine multi-channel marketing strategies.Monitor performance metrics across all channels and generate actionable insights.Review and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients and leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience managing digital marketing projects in an agency or similar environment.Proven track record in coordinating SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Content Marketing projects.Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and content strategy.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Experience handling client calls, managing feedback loops, and ensuring satisfaction.Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines(ref : iimjobs.com)
