Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Mohali office.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our products and services.
You will collaborate with internal teams to analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategies to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and web.
- Manage social media marketing efforts to build brand presence and community engagement.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted digital campaigns.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to create aligned marketing strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and lead generation.Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms.Solid understanding of general marketing principles and brand management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in the technology industry is highly desirable.(ref : iimjobs.com)
