As a Client Partner, you will oversee end-to-end client management, from opportunity identification to revenue expansion and strategic account development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, understand their evolving needs, and position the company’s offerings as solutions that bring measurable impact. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-building expertise, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. You will take ownership of client accounts, manage expectations, and ensure that growth targets are consistently met. - Manage the overall client portfolio, ensuring successful, long-term partnerships built on trust and consistent delivery.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and exploring potential new clients.
- Drive revenue growth by presenting relevant solutions, proposals, and value propositions aligned with client needs.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
- Develop strategic account plans to map out client goals, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee project execution for key accounts, working closely with delivery and operations teams to maintain quality and timelines.
- Act as a single point of escalation for client concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Track account performance, prepare progress reports, and present insights to internal leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams such as sales, delivery, marketing, and product to support client requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to guide business strategy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to contribute insights and drive forward-looking initiatives for account growth.
