We&aposre hiring a sharp and enthusiastic Business Development Executive focused on luxury real estate sourcing in and around CBD Bangalore. This is a supply-side role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, market intelligence, and maintaining high-value inventory pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify premium and luxury property supply from developers, IPCs, brokers, and direct owners
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms to ensure the best value for the firm
Maintain and update the internal supply database consistently with accurate and timely inputs
Conduct regular stacking visits to verify and refresh listing data
Monitor online discovery portals and proactively reach out to brokers / owners to onboard active inventory

Who You Are

A fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or business development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset

Self-starter with a passion for real estate and relationship building

Comfortable working on the ground and online to source and verify listings
