Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound / outbound customer calls (or chat / email) regarding product or service queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional tone and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams or supervisors.
- Update customer records and interactions in the system accurately.
- Meet daily / weekly performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional language is a plus).Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.Willingness to work in rotational shifts.Skills Required
