We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Executive to drive business development for CRNO (Cold Rolled Non-Oriented) products. The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial selling experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a foundational understanding of the steel industry. This role requires an individual who is ethical, adaptable, and capable of fostering strong internal and external relationships.
Major Responsibilities :
- Focus on the business development of CRNO products , identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Facilitate effective interaction with customers to understand their needs, build relationships, and drive sales.
- Ensure seamless interaction with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Education Qualification :
Essential : BE (Bachelor of Engineering).Desired : MBA - Marketing .Required Skills and Competencies :
Proven Industrial selling experience .Basic Proficiency in computer operation , including MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) .Excellent communication skills , both oral and written.Language Proficiency : Known languages include English, Hindi, and a local language.Strong Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.Developed Analytical skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.Basic understanding of the Steel Industry , especially relevant to CRNO.Personality Traits :
