Job Description
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation
- Segment lists, personalize content, and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance
- Manage email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, etc.) and ensure compliance with data protection laws
Content Creation
Write and edit high-quality marketing content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media postsSupport campaign planning with engaging content tailored for different audiences and platformsCoordinate with design teams to deliver visually aligned contentOff-Page SEO & Digital Promotion
Apply modern link-building practices focused on quality over quantity—relevant, trustworthy sites matter more than just high numbersBuild and maintain a natural link profile using varied tactics like guest posts, branded mentions, and niche-relevant placementsExecute white-hat strategies only—avoiding any spammy or black-hat techniques (e.g., PBNs, link farms, automated links)Support efforts in :Guest posting on relevant blogsBroken link building and suggesting useful content replacementsResource link outreach for inclusion on curated content listsMonitoring unlinked mentions and turning them into backlinksBasic digital PR, using data or stories for potential media mentionsCompetitor backlink tracking and finding replicable opportunitiesLocal SEO citations on directories for location-based visibilitySocial media sharing to amplify off-page content reachRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2 + years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B or tech-driven environmentProven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), Canva, or Adobe SuiteStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Must have experience in BIM Services.Preferred Qualifications
