We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can support our recruiting efforts from end to end — helping us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping the engine running behind the scenes!

What You’ll Do :

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles, teams, and time zones
• Post jobs, maintain candidate pipelines, and track status updates for each role
• Manage candidate communication, feedback collection, and logistics (including travel, if needed)
• Keep our internal systems up to date with complete and accurate candidate records
• Support hiring managers and recruiters with scheduling, onboarding documents, and background check results
• Champion a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience — always looking for ways to improve it!
