Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across different levels.
Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
Identify and source candidates using multiple channels – job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with internal teams.
Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
