Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Talent Pool Building :Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for various positions.Conduct market research to find top talent and stay updated on industry trends.End-to-End Recruitment Support :Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.Support interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Bulk Hiring & Coordination :Assist in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, particularly for entry-level and mass recruitment needs.Support the planning and execution of recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, campus recruitment drives).Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring for bulk roles.Candidate Engagement & Communication :Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and next steps.Reporting & Analytics :Track and report key recruitment metrics to help improve recruitment processes.Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activity, sourcing channels, and candidate pipeline status.Qualifications & Skills :
Recently graduated / post graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and growing within the HR domain.Why Join Us?
