What you’ll do :
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit, right on time.
Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods (because job portals are just the beginning!).
Be the face of Thrillophilia to candidates and ensure an outstanding hiring experience.
Track and share recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for :
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (start-up or fast-paced environment preferred).
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think creatively to attract and engage the best talent.
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for talent to walk in; you go out and find it!
