Key Deliverables :
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Evaluators and Team Leaders
- Implement corrective actions and support performance improvements
- Participate in process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including compliance checks
Role Responsibilities :
Manage quality activities, ensuring timely documentation for transaction monitoringAnalyze trends in agent / process performance and recommend action plansDrive team motivation and suggest new quality tools for process improvementsOversee dip check and calibration compliance on a weekly basisJob Requirements :
Strong experience in the travel domain is mandatoryExpertise in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of QC tools like Pareto and Six SigmaExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalOrganized, target-driven, and ability to manage multiple tasksSkills Required
