Position Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems to ensure the highest standards in project vertical. This role involves overseeing overall Quality Control, Material Inspection, Technical document approval including Supplier Contractor, Field Quality, Continuous improvement processes, ensuring compliance with 100% Frist time Right at each stage of work completion as per industry standards, regulatory requirements and Tender specification of Customer.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS) : -
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular Supplier and Site audits to ensure compliance with QMS / Tender and FQAP & drive improvements where necessary. Quality Control and Assurance.
• Standards Compliance : -
• Ensure adherence to national and international standards such as ISO, IEC, Civil BIS requirements
• Process Improvement : -
• Implement Quality Improvement programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5 S. Oversee the the 3rd party / Customer audit
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to reduce workmanship defects, improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of compliance reports for Process & Generate Quality Assurance system
• Review of CAPA / 8 D analysis / APQP / FMEA and having good knowledge about Conductor-HTLS / Alloy / Al-59 / ACSR, Cable and OPGW Mfg. including FAT and Process Optimization.
• Implementation of QA / QC in Reconductoring , OPGW , Civil works at project Sites .
