Indifi - Assistant Manager - Training & Quality

Role Details :

• The eligible candidate is expected to work closely with the Credit team to identify development areas of Credit officers.
• Subsequently, work to co-create structured learning intervention under guidance of the training lead using multiple learning methodologies.
• Track performance of new hires post induction batches.
• Support Assistant Managers & Team Leads by way of performance enhancement programs for new & existing Credit officers on specific performance indicators.
