The Senior HR Executive will manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, tailored to the needs of the industrial automation sector. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, industry-specific recruitment expertise, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical and non-technical positions in the industrial automation domain (e.g., engineers, project managers, service personnel).
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment portals.
- Oversee joining formalities, documentation, and background verification.
- Plan and deliver induction programs for new hires.
- Organize engagement activities to boost morale and team collaboration.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, stay interviews, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure statutory compliance under labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with industry practices and legal requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle payroll coordination with the accounts team.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills Required
