Role Description
Head of Sales to lead our sales function in Calicut, Kerala.
This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, managing, and mentoring both Inside Sales (CROS) and Field Sales (BDOS) teams. We are committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and building a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership : Lead, supervise, and provide regular coaching to the entire sales team, taking complete ownership of the sales function across all regions.
Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies, drive lead conversion from multiple channels, and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Market Development : Identify and establish strong dealer / agent networks in multiple territories.
Process & Reporting : Establish structured systems for customer feedback, analyze data to refine processes, and provide regular performance reports to management.
Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and coordinate with Operations and Finance for smooth project handovers.
