- Lead the overall HR function and align people strategy with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning and leadership hiring across multiple locations.
- Drive organisation design, scalability and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement compensation frameworks, incentive structures and benefits policies.
- Build succession plans and leadership development programs for critical roles.
- Ensure HR governance, statutory compliance, and implementation of best-practice policies.
- Strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on all strategic people matters.
The Successful Applicant
- A seasoned HR leader with 15-25 years of experience managing large, multi-location workforces, ideally within infrastructure, logistics, construction or related sectors.
- Strong in organisation design, compensation strategy, talent planning and leadership development, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build scalable HR systems.
