Key Responsibilities
- Lead process assessments, due diligence, solution design, and project delivery across IT, people, technology, and process consulting.
- Design and implement client-specific solutions aligned with organizational capabilities.
- Deliver product demonstrations with a consultative approach and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Support Sales and Presales in bid management, RFP / RFI responses, and opportunity analysis.
- Understand system capabilities, application platforms, and HR / benefits domain operations.
- Innovate and finalize new solutions in coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Role based in India with Middle East support (working weekends : Friday–Saturday ).
Critical to Quality
Experience managing large clients and complex solutions.Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 ERP / SAP / HRMS implementations .Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Compliance, Shared Services, and Core HR .Exposure to HR transformation and process improvement projects .Proficiency with HR tools / technologies .Flexibility to work on Sundays (Friday–Saturday weekends).Willingness to travel and potential relocation to the Middle East.Skills for Success
Expertise in creating impactful CXO-level PowerPoint presentations .Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, automation).Strong experience in data reporting, dashboards, and analytics .Skills Required
