Key Responsibilities
- Understand the company's structure and suggest areas for organizational development.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations , including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Conduct new employee inductions , organize internal and external training programs , and manage employee development initiatives.
- Oversee employee benefits, engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes .
- Maintain HR procedures in line with statutory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and requests.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify improvement opportunities across functions.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and confidentiality in handling HR matters.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.7–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist , preferably within the interior design / build or corporate design industry.Proven experience in end-to-end HR management and team leadership .Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Design & Build corporate environments .Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .Strong leadership, decision-making, and public relations skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.Why Join Us
