About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Lead Manager to oversee and manage key HR functions across the organization. This role combines strategic oversight with operational excellence, ensuring that people processes are streamlined, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, appraisals, payroll management, and HR operations, with a keen eye for process efficiency and people management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments and leadership roles.

Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and timelines.

Ensure timely onboarding and induction for all new hires.

2. Performance Management & Appraisals

Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timelines and fairness.

Collaborate with managers to set clear KRAs, goals, and expectations.

Provide guidance on feedback, promotions, and talent development plans.

3. Payroll & Compliance

Oversee monthly payroll processing in coordination with the payroll team or vendors.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, taxes, etc.).

Monitor payroll accuracy and resolve employee queries promptly.

4. HR Operations & Process Oversight

Maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation.

Audit people processes regularly to ensure efficiency and adherence.

Drive HR initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and culture building.

5. People & Stakeholder Management

Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance resolution, and HR guidance.

Mentor and guide junior HR team members to achieve operational excellence.

Work closely with leadership to provide HR insights, metrics, and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA / PG in HR preferred.

5–6 years of HR experience - agency experience is preferred

Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, appraisals, and HR operations.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.

Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
