Business and HR strategy development : - Contribute to creating and implementing company strategy to ensureachievement of envisioned growth as part of company leadership team- Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employeeengagement and talent retention. - Analyze industry changes, trends, changing business landscape to developHR strategy aligned with company's mission and objectives to meet future talent needs . Strategic HR projects : - Drive implementation of new ideas, technology and innovation (e.g. leverage mobile technology to improve experience and efficiency) tocreate future readiness to respond to challenges and achieve first moveradvantage - Analyze various segments of employee population to steer integration,enhance employee productivity and encourage desired organizationalculture Capacity modeling and talent acquisition : - Leverage analytics to build capacity models, review manpowerproductivity on a periodic basis and ensure it is at expected target levels / improved YoY - Formulate talent acquisition strategies to attract best talent from within / outside the industry to meet the growing diverse talent needs of the company. Talent strategy and performance management : - Create hiring models, assessment models and policy and process forstrengthening internal job postings to improve current talentmanagement processes - Create robust Succession plans for each member of the seniormanagement team to ensure business continuity - Identify or design programs to implement to enhance employee skillsImprove HR efficiency and effectiveness : - Adopting enterprise-wide HR tools to suit future needs and transform HRprocesses by leveraging technology and data analytics to enhanceefficiency and improve employee experience - Monitor HR analytics and analyze effectiveness of HR procedures andtools to make critical decisions related to workforce planning, rewards,productivity and performance and mitigate future HR threats Guide development of project plans, allocate accountabilities and monitorteams' performance to ensure implementation of long-term strategic HRprojects - Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring acquisition of top tiertalent - Provide strategic guidance in prioritizing & implementing strategicprojects and resolve issues / escalations from team / business to ensurequality of delivery, adherence to timelines and proactive coursecorrection. - Drive interventions to identify and build a healthy leadership pipeline forcritical business roles (current / future) - Identify key strategic themes for leadership building based on businessneeds, and plan strategic interventions via continuous learning, coaching,recommending rotations for on-the-job experience / learning Provide guidance in design of performance management and rewardspolicy / processes to ensure they are designed to drive high performanceoriented culture - Present the analysis of current performance and overview of futurestrategy in quarterly shareholders review- Interact with board and shareholders on strategic aspects, leadershipdevelopment and deciding group level policy guidelines- Identify and create development opportunities for team members toenhance functional knowledge - Review HR compliance related reports and respond to audit queries by auditors / regulators to ensure compliance - Review action plans with team to ensure any gaps are addressedproactively to ensure no material exposure of company due to any HRcompliance lapse.
