GENOA Sales LLP is a fast-growing importer and wholesaler specializing in decorative interior products. We focus on offering all kinds of laminates, wall panels and other interior decor products. Our company prides itself on providing top-quality products to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, coordinating and planning deliveries, and working to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers, handling order processing on Tally ERP, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Tally ERP or Tally Certification
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales support or a related role is a plus
- Ability to work in high pressure environment.
