Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients'

accounts

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
  • Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone / email / or on-site.
  • Maintaining existing customer relationship management
  • Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls
  • Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Skills Required :

  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with
  • clients

  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next
