Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Coordinator located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing operations efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Customer Relationship Management : Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Ensure timely and professional communication with both prospective and existing clients.

2) Ensure timely and professional communication with both perspective and existing clients.

3) Sales Coordination : Assist the sales team in tracking and processing orders, preparing sales quotes, and

maintaining up-to-date sales records.

4) Post Sales Support : Manage customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with

timely resolutions.

5) Client Follow Up : Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer support with product usage or additional purchases.

6) Assisting with Sales and Service Campaigns and Promotions.

7) Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports for management review through sales report.

Qualifications

• Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of the gardening or agricultural industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
