Job description2–3 years of solid experience in hiring (in-house or consultancy). A genuine love for people and an eye for spotting the right talent. Professional maturity to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and teams alike. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple requirements at once. You’ll be directly shaping the team that drives Primebook’s growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment journey – from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Partner closely with managers to understand their needs and find the right people for the right roles.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth and engaging experience with us.
- Maintain hiring data, reports, and insights to keep processes sharp and efficient.
- Support in other HR areas like engagement, culture initiatives, and policies when needed.
