Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the implementation of our paid marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget allocation.
• Expertly measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page source reports.
• Initiate research and conduct tests with new vendors to broaden our reach and lower cost-per-acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maintain a cohesive brand voice and message across all paid programs.
• Design and create compelling landing pages and lead-generation forms for content distribution within relevant paid programs.
• Provide coordination, supervision, and inspiration to the paid marketing team, fostering a culture ofexcellence.
• Keep abreast of evolving digital marketing trends, potential channels, and strategies, including updates in social media marketing, attribution models, and programmatic media buying.
• Stay vigilant regarding market intelligence and monitor competitor movements and market dynamics.
