What You'll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Delwis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse product range, acquiring and retaining clients, and supporting business growth across the domestic pharmaceutical market. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention :
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and chemists across India.
Product Promotion :
Actively promote Delwis’ pharmaceutical and healthcare range through digital, telephonic, and direct marketing channels.Sales Operations :
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.Customer Relationship Management :
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Market Intelligence :
Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.Coordination :
Liaise with internal teams-dispatch, accounts, documentation, and logistics - to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.Sales Reporting :
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales progress, and client feedback through daily and weekly reports.Promotion & Branding :
Assist in product presentations, webinar coordination, and marketing content to enhance brand awareness.Compliance & Documentation :
Support in preparing client records, sales documentation, and compliance-related files as per company policy.What Makes You a Fit
Academic Background :
Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Marketing, or a related field.Skills and Experience :
