What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Delwis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse product range, acquiring and retaining clients, and supporting business growth across the domestic pharmaceutical market. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention :

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and chemists across India.

Product Promotion :

  • Actively promote Delwis’ pharmaceutical and healthcare range through digital, telephonic, and direct marketing channels.
  • Sales Operations :

  • Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
  • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence :

  • Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordination :

  • Liaise with internal teams-dispatch, accounts, documentation, and logistics - to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  • Sales Reporting :

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales progress, and client feedback through daily and weekly reports.
  • Promotion & Branding :

  • Assist in product presentations, webinar coordination, and marketing content to enhance brand awareness.
  • Compliance & Documentation :

  • Support in preparing client records, sales documentation, and compliance-related files as per company policy.
  • What Makes You a Fit

    Academic Background :

  • Graduate in Pharmacy / Science / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or B2B sales.
  • Good understanding of pharma formulations, product pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned domestic territories as required.
