Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, behavior, trends, and competitive insights.
Lead content development for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing collaterals in coordination with the content and design teams.
Manage outbound and inbound marketing efforts, including content strategy, advertising, events, and lead-generation activities.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns.
Drive initiatives to effectively reach and engage target audiences through social media, email marketing, professional platforms, and industry events.
Plan and coordinate pre and post-production activities for marketing-related video and photo shoots.
Explore innovative ideas and strategies to enhance marketing and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with exposure to digital, content, and influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively across teams.
Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving attitude.
