Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute strategies for corporate business development, budget management, and team leadership.
- Foster strong corporate ties by building relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients' networks and expand our reach into new markets.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to meet customer Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in corporate sales or a related field (preferably from preschool industry).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong understanding of corporate tie-ups, contract negotiations, and budget management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Work : 6 days (hybrid)
