Location : Pune

Mode of Work : Full-time, On-site

Experience required : 6+ years

Who You Are :

Experienced QA professional with leadership in automation using Selenium Web Driver and Java Analytical, collaborative, and skilled in mentoring junior team members.

Your Role :

Lead Automation Efforts : Design and implement robust test automation frameworks with Selenium Web Driver and Java.
Implement BDD Principles : Apply BDD principles for efficient collaboration between teams.
Enhance Test Coverage : Develop comprehensive automated test suites for software validation.
Collaborate Effectively : Communicate closely with cross-functional teams for product quality.
Mentor Junior Team Members : Provide guidance and mentorship within the automation domain.

Desired Technical Competencies & Skills :

Automation Mastery : Extensive experience with Selenium Web Driver and Java.

Karate Framework (Desired) : API automation experience with Karate framework is a plus.

BDD Principles (Desired) : Familiarity with BDD principles and frameworks like Cucumber

or Spec Flow.

Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving ability in complex systems.

Communication Skills : Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Independent and Team Player : Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
