Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Create, post, and manage engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms, including the company website.
• Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and designed to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
• Manage the offer process, including extending offers, sharing compensation details, and explaining benefits packages.
