Talent Acquisition Specialist – Restaurant Business (Hospitality)

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across our restaurant business, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality talent for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers, proactive candidate sourcing, and ownership of a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and ideal candidate profiles.

Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : posting jobs, screening applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and making recommendations.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hospitality networking events, and campus recruitment to attract talent.

Ensure all recruitment activities promote our brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and compliance documentation throughout the process.

Negotiate job offers and work with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Keep updated with hospitality hiring trends and maintain knowledge of competitor practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality domain.

Strong understanding of hospitality roles and nuances in sourcing for the restaurant industry.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
