Key Responsibilities

Source and attract potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Create, post, and manage engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms, including the company website.

Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and designed to attract top talent.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.

Manage the offer process, including extending offers, sharing compensation details, and explaining benefits packages.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

0–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (EdTech exposure is a plus).

Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
