Must Have’s

1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar platforms).

Your Day

Sound understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Managing the recruitment lifecycle – from job postings and resume screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Maintaining and updating HR records and assisting with payroll inputs like attendance and leave data.

Coordinating employee engagement activities and assisting in planning wellness events and performance review cycles.

Being the go-to person for employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.

Supporting training and development programs and ensuring smooth offboarding through exit interviews and documentation.
