Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Communicate, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts with fairness and discretion
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous feedback
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and career development
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company standards
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and learning initiatives aligned with business goals
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within a tech or product-based companyStrong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirementsProven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligenceAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA people-first mindset with a strong focus on cultural alignment and organizational developmentShow more
