Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and especially in employee file maintenance and compliance . This role is ideal for students or recent graduates aiming to build a career in HR within a reputed healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with applicants
• Support the coordination of internal and external training sessions
• Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and day-to-day administration
