Key Responsibilities :

• Functional Expertise :
• Develop a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and apply functional knowledge to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in business process mapping and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Design Capabilities :
• Design solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM aligned with client needs and best practices.
• Develop custom solutions as required to meet specific client requirements.
• Configuration Skills :
• Perform configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Work on system integrations, workflows, and configurations for various HCM modules.
• Testing Proficiency :
• Test configurations and ensure that the system works according to the design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing.
