Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations and eligibility processing.
• Integrate Workforce Compensation with other HR systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
• Configure and maintain Benefit Programs and Plans, including life events, collapsing event rules, and eligibility criteria.
• Provide hands-on support during benefit enrollments, compensation cycles, and ACA reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide support during critical payroll / compensation cycles and participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.
• Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials for end users.
