Position Requirements
- Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
- Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
- Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus.
- Experience in VBS is preferred.
- Experience in OTBI is preferred.
- Candidates are expected to work independently in a group.
- Ability to train & develop other colleagues.
Desired Knowledge
End to end implementation / managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion areas.Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model.Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skillsSelf-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.Having high integrity and who values time.Education
Graduate / post-graduate qualification holding B.Tech. / BCA / M-Tech / MCASkills Required
