Job descriptionEnd to end implementation / managed support experience of oracle cloud applications. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. Experience in working with clients / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions. Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion areas. Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model. Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention. Good interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Having high integrity and who values time. Graduate / post-graduate qualification holding B.Tech. / BCA / M-Tech / MCA
Experience Range : 5 9 Years
Position Requirements
- Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
- Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
- Experience in OIC & integration technologies would be a plus.
- Experience in VBS is preferred.
- Experience in OTBI is preferred.
- Candidates are expected to work independently in a group.
- Ability to train & develop other colleagues.
