IT Infrastructure Lead

Job Description :

As a highly skilled IT professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate IT infrastructure.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints with Microsoft Intune (policies, applications, compliance).
• Support and optimize cloud resources across Azure and AWS, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

You will oversee tasks, manage ticket queues, and track projects to ensure timely delivery. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations, including uptime, SLA adherence, and resolution times.
