Job descriptionLead firmware development efforts for Bluelite IP. Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions. Ensure firmware meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and system integration activities. Proficient in C and C++ with strong expertise in pointers and data structures. Solid understanding of the basic working of over-the-air communication protocols, preferably Bluetooth or IEEE 802.15. Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex firmware projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for Bluelite IP Firmware Development.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in C / C++ programming, excellent knowledge of data structures and pointers, and a solid understanding of wireless communication protocols.
You will lead a team to drive firmware development for cutting-edge wireless IP solutions.
Educational Qualification :
- B. / B.Tech in CS, IT, or ECE with 8+ years of industrial experience
- M. / M.Tech in Communication, CS, or IT with 6+ years of industrial experience
