IT Infrastructure Team Leader – JD Summary

Role Overview Seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Team Leader to manage network, firewall, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) across hybrid environments. This role ensures stability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network & Firewall : Administer firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), LAN / WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, and load balancers. Monitor performance and optimize security policies.
  • OCI Management : Configure and maintain OCI components (VCNs, compute, IAM), hybrid connectivity, backups, and cost-efficient cloud operations.
  • Leadership & Governance : Lead infrastructure engineers, enforce SOPs, drive automation, and ensure compliance with ISO / NIST standards.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, 2–3 years in leadership
  • 1 Years has to work in Saudi.
  • Expertise in firewalls, networks, OCI / cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with VMware / Hyper-V, Windows / Linux, monitoring tools
  • Strong grasp of ITIL, incident management, and lifecycle governance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    • Certifications Preferred

  • Fortinet NSE / Cisco CCNP / Palo Alto PCNSE
  • OCI Architect (Associate / Professional)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
