Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the payment operations team to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment solutions and services
- Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Regularly assess Risks involved in the process and mitigate where possible
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders globally especially in Europe APAC
- Work closely with Journey Owners, Local offices, Mission Control team, Client service Teams to ensure a seamless payment experience for clients.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and performance metrics effectively. Prepare and present reports on payments metrics and performance.
- Dive into cases and resolve issues as necessary
- Automation of manual processes.

Proven experience in payments domain, at least 13 yearsProven experience in leadership team management, at least 5 yearsExcellent Stakeholder management and communication skills is mustDecision making ability in a fast-paced environmentEducational Qualification - A post graduate, preferably a diploma / degree in Business management.Proven experience in managing Risks, Compliance and regulatory recommendationsHave in-depth knowledge of payment types and formats as well as clearing systemsMust be familiar with International Sanctions EmbargoesMust be familiar with regulatory landscape of payments in Europe Asia PacificDemonstrate a curious, collaborative, and outgoing nature, thriving in diverse environmentsSkills Required
