Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Build, implement, and optimise SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
- Lead budgeting, cash-flow management, financial planning, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting.
- Manage compliance, audits, taxation processes, and liaise with external financial partners.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and resource allocation.
- Track and analyse key operational and financial metrics; present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Support pricing strategy and evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives.
- Partner closely with founders on organisational strategy, planning, and execution.
- Establish governance structures, accountability frameworks, and process excellence across teams.
- Build, mentor, and scale the operations and finance team to support organisational growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.7–12 years of experience in operations, finance, or business management roles, preferably within technology or fast-growing environments.Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, compliance, and reporting frameworks.Proven expertise in building scalable processes and managing cross-functional operational structures.Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-scaling organisation.Skills
