• Utilizing AI-powered active sourcing via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and our referral portal
• Identifying suitable job opportunities
• Maintaining and building long-term relationships with your candidate pool
• Participating in exciting projects focused on state-of-the-art recruiting solutions

Requirements

Completed HR professional certification or a degree in business administration, psychology, or IT Several years of experience in in-house recruiting, at a staffing agency, or in line management with recruitment responsibility Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques; experience with Zoho Recruit and Zoho Analytics is a significant advantage Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions Excellent communication and networking skills; an existing network in finance, IT, or healthcare is a plus Fluent in German and English Proactive, independent personality with a drive to make a difference
